Sinigang Mix will give you that triple sarap-asim because of the powerful combination of Fresh Sampalok, Tomatoes and Calamansi.

Add shrimp, beans and fish sauce to the slightly sour broth and season to taste with pineapple or mango. This delicious fruity flavor balances very well with the spicy soup. UFC Tamarind Soup Mix is easy and quick to prepare, and will let you experience a delicious authentic taste.

Cooking directions:

In a large pan, dispense contents with 11 cups of water (2 liters).
Mix contents until it is thoroughly dispense, bring to a boil.
Add your choice of vegetables, shrimp or fish. Simmer until done.

Important: For beef or other meat sinigang, pour contents of puch when meat is already tender to enjoy full tamarind goodness.
